An update on Twinity from Sered
Here you go, with some highlights below.
The good:
one of the complaints I had during the early beta is really being solved this way: more and more outdoor areas have appeared in Twinity. Not only that, they have been given a more prominent place too!
…
more enduser created content is appearing in Twinity
Thanks – we’re glad you like the outdoor settings!
The bad:
issues with stability and resource usage
…
performance remains an issue of concern
Noted, and being worked on!

digital lifestyles on Berlin in Twinity
digital-lifestyles.info has a piece on Twinity and Berlin, with some nice comments. They also cite some interesting potential issues:
a desire to live where lots of rich people are (London Chelsea, Mayfair, etc)
and
as the game become more populated, will there eventually be the same lack of housing that burdens the physical world, duplicated in the Virtual world?
This will indeed be interesting to watch, for both us and the Twinizens!

Caleb Booker on Twinity progress
Caleb Booker has some nice comments on Twinity’s progress. Some select comments:
The detail in Twinity is truly awesome, and it comes with a really robust set of tools.
…
The graphics are, obviously, gorgeous and highly detailed. It’s crammed full of media tools and an embedded commerce system.
Thanks, Caleb!
