You’ll have noticed that last week was a rough one for Twinity. Between a couple of issues, there were times when Twinity was not available. You have our apologies for this, and we are working to make sure we do better in the future keeping Twinity online and bringing Twinity back online when we have issues.
On that note, we would like to invite you always to be part of the conversation around Twinity. We know that we will have issues with Twinity from time to time, that’s just part of the nature of cutting-edge technology like this. But we want to make sure that we’re taking care of you, our members, customers, partners and Twinizens, as best we can. So whenever you feel like we’re not meeting those goals or if you have any ideas on how we can improve, we welcome that feedback.
